Universal Pretreat Liquid is a Concentrated Pretreatment Liquid for ALL! (Dark, Bright, Poly, and Blended Garment). It needs to be diluted with purified water.
For dark and blended garments, the blended mixture makes about 3L, for polyester garments about 2L of the blended mixture, and for bright garments about 10L of the blended mixture.
