Nylon™ is a heat sealable, printable flex that images on to light and dark fabrics and is specifically designed to image onto Nylon. MultiTack Light is recommended for use with this material for small lettering and non continuous cut designs.

This material is specifically designed for inkjet printers using Eco-Solvent and Solvent inks for use with nylon jackets, bags, and waterproofed poly fabrics

MultiPrint Nylon is a Polyurethane transfer film (opaque white, 100 μ) with a special heat sealing adhesive for hydrophobic and impregnated nylon textiles.

When used under normal conditions, this product does not generate or release any dangerous substances or hazardous chemicals. This is a non-hazardous product in accordance with the current GefStoffV and EU criteria. Therefore it is not necessary to prepare a Material Safety Data Sheet for this product. The Safety Data Sheet serves only to comply with the regulation to supply information in accordance with REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 and is available on request. This product is not a hazardous product with regards to transportation legislation; neither does it contain substances that are hazardous to water within the meaning of the federal water act. After use, dispose of the waste product in accordance with the local / national authorities.

The raw materials
are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals (in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I).

The printable side (white matte coated side) is on the outside of the roll.

Cutting Notes
You should always test cut prior to any production run. Remember cutter settings will need to be adjusted as your blade ages. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1/8” for lettering & logos.

2-Step Press
Due to sensitivity of Nylon fabric, material has to be pressed twice. Follow instructions for “1st Press” above, then let fabric cool completely and repress according to “2nd Press” instructions located in MultiPrint Nylon instruction downloadable on the right.

Care Instructions
Wait 24 hours before washing. Machine wash using mild detergent. Do not use bleach or other aggressive cleaning agents. Cannot be dry cleaned. Wash Temperature cannot exceed 105F

MultiPrint Nylon has an indefinite shelf life when stored at room temperature. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight and humidity.
